Actually that makes sense. I play chess and i know for a fact that if you get your king stuck in a position where he will be put in a check either way, itll be a draw. I don't know, it looks like a stalemate. If you attack the pawn, its an invalid move because the queen would kill you. If you move to the right, then the pawn will be able to attack you and thats illegal to. Am I missing something?
